This course is designed to prepare future YMCA Champions with the skills and resources to facilitate exceptional training for YMCA staff and volunteers. Champions will develop skills to train, coach, mentor and evaluate Instructors and Leads in their Subject Matter Expertise (SME).  Each module is complimented with a virtual or in-person weekly session as part of the four week Champion course training plan.

The purchase of this course also includes the YMCA Lead Training e-learning which is a prerequisit for the Champion course.
