The YMCA Cycle Instructor e-learning provides the base theoretical knowledge to become a YMCA Cycling Instructor. The pre-requisite for this training is the Basic Theory Course, which should be completed before starting this training. The intent of this course is to provide you with the essential learning to deliver exceptional cycle fitness classes.

This e-learning is to be completed prior to your in-person training sessions.
