This training is designed for YMCA Leads, who oversee staff and volunteer teams, but do not hold a Champion certification. It will provide you with resources to help you run successful programs within your subject matter area the YMCA way. It is also a prerequisite to taking the YMCA Champion training. 

After purchasing the course modules will appear in the YMCA Program Leadership System folder.
